Our Administration Team

Our administrators supervise the team of nursing specialists, home health aides, case managers and support personnel to ensure that we provide the best possible care for you and your loved ones.

Jim Graham, CFO, Owner
Jim started Phoenix Home Health in 2007. His vision is to keep seniors in their home safely as long as possible. Jim says that his family, church members, friends and coworkers are some of the most important people to him and that he is grateful to God for all the blessings he’s been given.
